Meet the cast and crew of the Valley Shakespeare Festival’s Comedy of Errors during a July 11 fund-raising event. The festival is a new non-profit that has the goal of bringing performing arts to the Naugatuck Valley area.

The group is planning its first show July 16-21, and includes Kristin Kingsley of Shelton, who plays the Officer and Tom Simonetti, the founder/director/artistic director originally from Shelton.

Cast and crew will be in full 1920’s “Gatsby” regalia to meet the guests. A three-course buffet, cash bar, music and silent auction during event.

Tickets for the fundraiser are $10 per person and may be purchased in advance or at the door, space permitting.

The fundraiser is set for 5-9 p.m., at the Twisted Vine Restaurant, 285 Main Street, Derby. Visit www.vsfestival.org for details, and to find out ways to support this venture.
