I have been honored to serve on the Board of Aldermen for the past 32 years. I hold the title of the longest serving Alderman in Shelton’s history.
The opportunity to serve the great citizens of Shelton as your Alderman was humbling. I have always been committed to improving the quality of life for people in Shelton. Election time will be here before you know it, and I am walking door-to-door with Alderman Adam Heller who is seeking Re-Election as the Alderman from the First Ward. I have truly enjoyed visiting with the first ward constituents to introduce Alderman Adam Heller and share with you his qualifications for the office of Alderman. This also has given Adam Heller the opportunity to hear what you have to say about the status of the city of Shelton and how our municipal government can better serve you. Adam Heller and I look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. For the residents that Adam Heller was unable to contact personally, he hopes you will take the time to read his literature he left you. It gives you a look at his life, achievements and Adam’s expectations for the future of the city,
Adam Heller served on the Board of Apportionment and Taxation and his experience with budgets, fiscal responsibility, maintaining stable taxes, and streamlining programs to eliminate waste makes Adams uniquely qualified to serve as an alderman whose goal is to continue having Shelton be a great place to live, work and raise a family.
I’m proud to endorse Alderman Adam Heller for Re-Election as your Alderman in the First Ward. A person who will control taxes through planned developments, preserve our environment by protecting Shelton’s farms, forests, and open space to sustain Shelton’s rural character. Educational spending aimed at measurable programs that improve our children’s learning skills. Please return Adam Heller to City Hall as your voice in City Hall.
