Stephen Stalmach, 47, of Shelton was arrested and charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right on Feb. 4. Stalmach’s bond was set at $500 and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 20.

 

Mark Scarpulla, 23, of Seymour was arrested and charged with violation of a protective order and second degree threatening on Feb. 4. Scarpulla’s bond was set at $10,000 and appeared in court on Feb. 5.

 

Gregory Lamar Ingram, 30, was arrested and charged with two counts of violation of probation on Feb. 2. Ingram’s bond was set at $1,000 and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 16.

 

Michael Steven Capalbo, 30, was arrested and charged with a violation of probation on Feb. 2. Capalbo’s bond was set at $5,000 and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 16.

 

Tyler Johnson, 28, of Shelton was arrested and charged with second degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer on Feb. 1 Johnson was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 15.

 

Thomas James Owen, 21, of Ansonia was arrested and charged with sixth degree larceny and credit card theft by transfer on Feb. 1. Owen’s bond was set at $1,500 and appeared in court the same day as his arrest.

 

Matthew James Kekacs, 33, of Shelton was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, illegal operation of a motor vehicle and possession of narcotics on Jan. 29. Kekacs’ bond was set $500 and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 13.
