Market a benefit for one and all

The Huntington United Methodist Church hosted its 13th annual Christmas Outreach Market on Saturday, Dec. 1. Members of the Missions Committee worked to raise money through gift giving for a variety of local and intentional causes, including the Boy Scouts, SERVV, Alternative Gifts International’s Burma and Weaving Toward Empowerment — Guatemala initiatives, Heifer International, Kino Border Initiative, and CT Coalition to End Homelessness. The group of volunteers have raised nearly $35,000 since the event’s inception. To learn more, visit huntingtonumc.org. — Emily Denaro photos
