See the old gang: Shelton High informal reunion tonight (July 6) for classes from mid-1970s

A class reunion for the Shelton High School classes of 1972 through 1976 will take place Saturday, July 6 at 5 p.m. at Jeremiah’s Grille & Cafe, 220 Leavenworth Road, Shelton.

A reunion warm-up will be held at 7 p.m. on the previous night, Friday, July 5, at the same location. Jeremiah’s is in the White Hills Shopping Center on Route 110.

The Class of 1973 is hosting the five-year “Back to the Seventies” reunion that also is open to the classes of 1972, 1974, 1975 and 1976.

Members of the Class of 1973 graduated 40 years ago from Shelton High School.

 

Bring SHS mementos, musical instruments

There will be a cash bar. Attendees are encouraged to bring a Shelton High memento such as a class shirt, class mug or photo to share with their classmates.

“And if you play music, please being your instrument for our reunion jam band,” organizers said.
