Boot Camp — Wednesdays, 7:30-8:30 p.m., beginning May 15, eight weeks, $45. No class July 3.

 

Flow Yoga — Prior yoga experience required for this class Wednesday, 10-11 a.m., starting May 15, 10 weeks, $56. No class July 3.

 

Pilates — Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m., starting May 15, eight weeks, $45.

 

Pilates — Thursdays, 7:15–8:15 p.m., beginning May 16, eight weeks, $45. No class July 4.

 

Gentle Yoga — Thursdays, 7-8:30 p.m. starting May 16, six weeks, $35.

 

Body Sculpting — Fridays, 8:30-9:30 p.m., starting May 17, eight weeks, $29.

 

Gentle Yoga — Saturdays, 10:45-12:15 p.m., starting May 18, six weeks, $35.

 

Yoga For Kids — Saturdays, starting May 18, ages 3-5, 9:15-9:45 a.m.; ages 6-10, 9:45-10:15 a.m., six weeks, $35.

CardioKickboxing —  Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:40–7:30 p.m., starting May 20, eight weeks, $58.

Total Body Transformation — Free classes May 21 and May 23, 9:30-10:30 a.m.

 

Zumba Gold — Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m., starting May 21, eight weeks, $45.

Advanced Beginner Tap Dance — For those age 14-adults, Mondays, 7-8 p.m., starting June 17, five weeks, $36.
