Shelton High boys volleyball team donates to breast center center

Members of the Shelton High School boys volleyball team recently delivered a $240 donation to the Hewitt Center for Breast Wellness at Griffin Hospital in Derby.

Team captains Michael Torres, Mac Thompson and John Kocur, and team manager Emma Hanrahan presented the donation to Cornelia Evans, executive director of the Griffin Hospital Development Fund. The team raised the money at a special Pink Night game on April 12.
