Shelton residents Marlane Argianas, Carol Goncalves, Maria Martins and Maria Sanches won Thrive Awards for their work at The Watermark at 3030 Park, acknowledging their contributions to the community.
The Watermark at 3030 Park recently held a ceremony honoring recipients of the Watermark Retirement Communities’ annual Thrive Awards. The awards are given to employees at Watermark’s 32 communities nationwide who exemplify Watermark’s philosophy of creating extraordinary communities where people thrive.
Goncalves, director of housekeeping and associate director of operations, who has been with The Watermark for 34 years, was recognized for her contributions to the community as a Watermark University instructor.
Watermark University is a continuing education program designed with topics and activities to keep seniors’ minds and bodies fit.
