Obituary: Anita DeLuca Renzoni, 71, of Stratford

Anita DeLuca Renzoni, 71, of Stratford the beloved wife of Dominick Renzoni passed away peacefully on September 18, 2013 in St. Vincent’s Medical Center with her family by her side.

Anita was born on June 10, 1942 in Bridgeport and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Piantidosi DeLuca.

She was self-employed accountant and book-keeper for many years and enjoyed traveling to Disney World, casinos, taking cruises and dining out, but most of all enjoyed spending precious time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her devoted husband Dominick, she is also survived by one son, George J. Renzoni and wife Lisa of Oxford, two daughters, Barbara Miller and husband Charles of Monroe, Donna Renzoni-Smith and husband Garrett of Huntington, six grandchildren, Christopher, Anthony and Matthew Renzoni, Jade Giamattei and husband Jason, Zachary and Chloe Miller and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday September 23, 2013 at 9:00 AM in the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home 2220 Main Street Stratford and at 10:00 AM in St. Catherine of Siena Church 200 Shelton Road Trumbull where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Msgr. Richard J. Shea. Interment will follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery. Friends may call at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home on Sunday, from 3-6 PM.
