Historical lantern tours are planned on the Valley riverfront

The Derby Historical Society will present a lantern tour on “The Revolutionary Robbery of 1780” on Oct. 18 and 19 on the Derby Riverwalk.

People should meet in the O’Sullivan’s Island parking lot in Derby 15 minutes before the tours at 6:30 and 8 p.m. on both nights.

Admission is $15 adults and $10 children ages 8 to 12. Reservations are required at 203-735-1908 or [email protected]; learn more at www.derbyhistorical.org.
