Mayor Mark Lauretti joins the owners and their families to cut the ribbon at the grand opening.

Bill Purcell, Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce president, said the owners have done a terrific job designing the restaurant, coming up a unique concept, and quickly becoming involved in the community.

“They are very warm and friendly, and you can sense that in their staff as well,” Purcell said.

Mayor Mark Lauretti, who cut the ribbon at the grand opening ceremony, said the food-service business can present many challenges.

“I think these two gentlemen are up to the task,” said Lauretti, who was in the restaurant business for most of his adult life.
