Four new members were elected by unit owners to the five-person executive board of Knollbrook Condominium Association in Shelton.
The new board then hired Imagineers LLC as the new property management firm for the 71-unit condominium complex on Old Bridgeport Road.
The selection of Imagineers — which began its work at Knollbrook on Sept. 19 — followed a bidding process in which eight area firms submitted proposals to manage the complex following the departure of its former property management firm.
New firm has ‘long track record’
“Our first order of business was to hire a new property manager, and, after interviewing two finalist firms, we were unanimous in our decision to go with Imagineers, based on their professionalism, glowing references, extensive knowledge of pertinent state laws, and long track record of managing condominiums in Connecticut,” said Harry Tutunjian, new executive board president for Knollbrook.
Karl Kuegler, director of property management at Imagineers, said, “We are delighted to have been selected as Knollbrook’s new property management firm and look forward to serving unit owners with the same high level of service that we have provided our other clients for the past 30-plus years.”
Suzanne Berry, based out of Imagineers’ Seymour office, has been assigned as Knollbrook’s new property manager.
