Lego Robotics tournament is Saturday in Shelton

Teams from all over the state will compete at the First Lego Robotics Qualifying Tournament on Saturday, Nov. 23, 9–3 p.m.

Held at Shelton High School, 120 Meadow Street, 24 teams will compete using programmable Lego robots. Local teams of 40 students from Perry Hill School and Shelton Intermediate School will be showcasing their work from the past 10 weeks.

Team members and mentors from the Shelton High School Robotics team will be hosting the event and serving as judges, officials and mentors throughout the day.
