Huntington Street Café in Shelton celebrates new owners

Shown above are the owners with family members, Mayor Mark Lauretti and Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce officials during the ribbon cutting.

The new owners are Andrew and Olga Venditti and their partners Sherri and Davin Pokoik.

Andrew Venditti also is the owner of Install Media Group, which has built websites for many major businesses in the region. He was a founding member of the chamber’s Young Emerging Professionals Group (YEP). Olga Venditti has a lifelong background in the restaurant industry and is a recent nursing school graduate.

 

Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Together with their partners, the couple plans to continue to serve breakfast and lunch in a casual setting, and to transform the restaurant into a more formal atmosphere for dinner. Entertainment is expected to be offered on Friday and Saturday nights.
