Huntington Branch events: Stories, Spanish and more

Here’s what’s going on at the Huntington Branch Library:

 

Toddler Movement Program — Wednesdays, Jan. 8 and 15, 11 a.m. Children 2 and-a-half to 4 years, and caregivers march, dance and play musical instruments with songs and action poems; register for four-week session; waitlist will be made available.

 

As I See It — Wednesday, Jan. 8, 1 p.m. Join the Friends of the Shelton Libraries to watch a movie followed by discussion. Dessert; adults only.

 

Stories with Danielle — Thursdays, Jan. 9 and 16, 11 a.m. Three and four year-olds hear stories just for them.

 

Spanish with Sandra — Fridays, Jan. 10 and 17, 2:45 p.m. Immersion Spanish for those 3-5 and their parents in this program using songs, games, story time and other activities. Taught by Sandra Alvarado, a Spanish teacher from Shelton; registration required and space limited.
