School in Shelton selling decorative bricks to upgrade playground

Elizabeth Shelton School (ESS) PTO is holding “The Brick Project” fund-raiser to generate money to repair and update the elementary school’s playground.

Shelton-SheltSchookBrickBricks come in three sizes, and can be personalized with a choice of wording and an optional ESS logo. The cost is $37 to $110, depending on brick size and engraving content.

The bricks will be used to create the patio of a shade house in the playground, and all money raised will be used to renovate the playground equipment and shade house.

An everlasting memory

Families of ESS, present and past, and local businesses are invited to buy a brick and leave an everlasting memory while improving the playground for students.

The goal is to begin the project before the end of the current school year.
