Tea and a talk series with authors begins this weekend

Authors are coming for tea in Shelton as Written Words Bookstore has teamed with Stockbridge’s Gourmet Cheesecake and Café to bring special Sundays at 3 p.m. Authors and dates are as followed:

— Nan Rossiter, author of Under a Summer Sky, on May 4.

— Suzanne Palmieri, author of The Witch of Belladonna Bay, on May 18.

— Marie Bostwick, author of Apart at the Seams, on June 8.

Pre-registration is required as there will only be a limited number of tickets available for each seating. Tickets are $30 per person and entitle each attendee to full tea service and a copy of the author’s latest book.

Tickets may be purchased by contacting Dorothy at Written Words Boosktore at 203-944-0400, or by stopping into 482 River Road. All books presented for signing must be purchased from Written Words.

Stockbridge’s Gourmet Cheesecakes & Café is at 509 Howe Ave.
