Huntington Branch Library: Toddler Movement, 'Stories' and more

Toddler Movement Program — Wednesdays, April 30 and May 7, 11 a.m. Kids 2-4 years get to march, dance and play musical instruments. Songs and action poems included in this weekly program geared to young children who are ready to participate in group activities, and a caregiver.

 

Stories with Danielle — Thursdays, May 1 and 8, 11 a.m. Three and four year-olds hear stories.

 

Spanish with Sandra — Friday, May 2 and 9, 2:45 p.m. Immersion Spanish for those 3-5 and their parents in this program using songs, games, story time and other activities. Taught by Sandra Alvarado, a Spanish teacher from Shelton; registration required and space limited.

 

First Friday Book Discussion — Friday, May 2, 1 p.m. The 19th Wife by David Ebershoff; books are available at the Huntington Branch Library, new members welcome.

 

As I See It — Wednesday, May 14, 1 p.m. Join the Friends of the Shelton Libraries to watch a movie, followed by discussion and dessert; adults only.
