The Prime Time Player Basketball Camp, sponsored by the Shelton Parks and Recreation Department, will take place from June 25-July 1 at Shelton High School and Shelton Intermediate School. Shelton High School head basketball coaches Brian Gardiner and Mary Piccirillo direct the camp.
The camp will emphasize developing each player’s skills so that they become a better scorer, passer, ball handler, rebounder and defender.
The camp will also include games and contests.
Session 1 will be for girls ages 8-14 and will run from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at Shelton High School.
Session 2 will be for boys ages 7-10 and will run from 12-3 p.m. at Shelton Intermediate School.
Session 3 will be for boys ages 11-14 and will run from 12-3 p.m. at Shelton High School.
The cost is $95 per camper; $85 each for two or more players per family. Applications are available at the Shelton Parks & Recreation Department located at 41 Church Street in Shelton.
