Remaining performances of Les Miserables will be Saturday, Aug. 2 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.

The Youth CONNection is Center Stage’s company of high school and college performers. The production features 50 cast members.

Les Miserables has won more than 100 international awards and become a global success on stage and screen, telling an epic tale of broken dreams, passion and redemption against the backdrop of a nation seething with revolution.

The production stars two Shelton residents — Kyle Attanasio, a recent graduate of Western Connecticut State University, as the fugitive Jean Valjean; and John Corraro, a Manhattan College senior, as Javert, the policeman obsessed with Valjean’s capture.

Other Shelton residents in major roles include Casey Blohm as Enjolras, Fordham University junior Kayla Giampaolo as Eponine, Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) graduate Justin Zenchuk as Thenardier, Boston University graduate Fiona Bryson as Madame Thenardier, and SCSU freshman Kathryn Twohill as Cosette.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students. For tickets and information call 203-225-6079 or go to centerstageshelton.com.
