Miriam Lautenschlager earns a scholarship

Miriam Lautenschlager, daughter of Marlene Lautenschlager, is the recipient of a $5,000 scholarship from BIC Corporation. She is studying nursing at Saint Anselm College. The scholarships are awarded annually to the children of BIC employees and are based on the students’ scholastic achievements and community service.

This year, BIC awarded a total of $115,000 in scholarships to 64 students.

BIC Corporation began its scholarship program in 1971 to support future leaders and to help employees’ children defray the cost of college and graduate school. Over the past 43 years, BIC has awarded more than $2,220,000 in merit scholarship
