Low vision support group explores summer challenges

Do you or someone you know struggle with the difficulties of low vision?

Learn to See the World is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 20, 3 p.m. at Crosby Commons Assisted Living Community on the Wesley Village Campus, 580 Long Hill Avenue. The meeting will be held in the library on the first floor.

Mark Leventhal, a member of the board of directors of the Blind Veterans Association, Connecticut regional group, will be speaking at the meeting and will be discussing the challenges of the summer season.

The meeting is free and open to the public.
