PHOTOS: Checking out the new fire trucks in Shelton

“We like coming to wet-downs,” Al Scarpulla said of the family outing.

Visitors were able to check out the city’s two new aerial ladder trucks — Ladder 51 from the White Hills Fire Company, and Ladder 47 from Pine Rock Park Fire Company.

The event took place at the White Hills Fire Station on School Street.
