Businessman and candidate for Congress Dan Debicella received the endorsement of the Independent Party of Connecticut and will be appearing on the ballot twice this November — on the Republican and Independent lines.
“I am proud to receive the endorsement of the Independent Party,” said Debicella, from Shelton. “Washington has done nothing but point fingers and as a result we are stuck with nothing but gridlock. It is time we sent someone down to Washington who will represent the needs of the district and what’s best for Connecticut. I am proud to be running a campaign of specific ideas on how to grow the middle-class, create more jobs, reduce healthcare costs and improve transportation in Connecticut.”
Debicella is running against Congressman Jim Himes for the 4th District seat, which includes Shelton.
