Carrabba’s Italian Grill will open a restaurant at the Westfield Connecticut Post Mall in Milford on Monday, Sept. 22.
The 5,994-square-foot location features an open kitchen, dining room with family tables, a modern-style Italian bar and patio dining. The restaurant will have nearly 140 employees.
Carrabba’s Italian Grill will donate 50% of opening day sales (up to $5,000) to benefit the Woodruff Family YMCA in Milford, which works to enrich families through health and wellness.
On Sept. 22, Carrabba’s will open for lunch at 11 a.m., immediately following a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:45 a.m. with Milford Mayor Benjamin Blake and Milford Chamber of Commerce officials.
