Biodiversity walk on Shelton trails planned for Nov. 15

calendarTake a biodiversity walk Saturday, Nov. 15, at 1 p.m., as the Shelton Conservation Commission and Huntington Branch Library have teamed up to bring the program to walkers.

Teresa Gallagher, conservation agent, leads the educational stroll along the trails at Shelton Lakes.

This program is suggested for adults, but organizers said children at least 9 years old might be interested and are welcome to join.

Register, as spots are limited. Meet at the Shelton Dog Park parking lot at the corner of Route 108 and Nells Rock Road by 1 p.m. Rain date is the next Saturday, Nov. 22.
