Here are photos of continuing site work for the 228-unit Talbot Apartments complex under construction at 740 Bridgeport Ave.

Being promoted as an “upscale” residential community, the 13-acre property is between PerkinElmer and the Fairchild Heights mobile home community, backing up to Route 8.

A thin strip of land with a driveway will connect the complex to Bridgeport Avenue, just north of Planet Fitness and Bertucci’s.

In this photo, on the far right above the yellow piece of construction equipment with a crane, structures from the abutting Fairchild Heights mobile home community can be seen.

There will be six residential buildings and a clubhouse. The complex will have all rental units.

The driveway connection to Bridgeport Avenue would be near the clubhouse, going to the right. The square-shaped building at the very bottom in grayish white, outside the apartment complex property, is PerkinElmer.
