Shelton P&Z may ponder application for 25-home Perry Hill Estates on Tuesday

At its Dec. 9 meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission is expected to discuss and possibly try to form a consensus on the 25-home proposal for 12.6 acres at Perry Hill Road and Walnut Avenue.

The revised Perry Hill Estates plan, with Perry Hill Road on the right and Walnut Avenue on the top, now has 25 homes, an altered road network, and designated visitor parking in seven areas.

The developer is seeking concept approval through a Planned Development District. The meeting begins Tuesday at 7 p.m.
