Many people headed to the firehouse on School Street and East Village Road to see two trees be lit up for the holidays.

Santa Claus arrived on a firetruck to meet with children and hear their Christmas wishes. There was plenty of hot cocoa, cookies, pie and other refreshments for the crowd.

Some people gathered at a bonfire in the yard on the side of the firehouse, and toy donations were accepted for the Toys 4 Kids drive.
