STUFF A CRUISER: State Police to collect toys for kids in need at nearby location Saturday

Every day, Connecticut state troopers encounter children in need. Many of these children would not wake up on Christmas morning with a smile if it were not for the generosity of the people of Connecticut.

Shelton-StatePoliceLogoThe State Police are bringing its “Stuff a Crusier” Holiday Toy Drive to a location near Shelton this weekend.

On Saturday, Dec. 13 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., off-duty state troopers from Troop G (Bridgeport barracks) will be on hand to collect new, unwrapped toys at Walmart, 150 Barnum Ave. Cutoff, Stratford.

The toys collected will all be distributed to local social services agencies.
