A SUB-ZERO NIGHT: No snow will be melting soon in Shelton

Temperatures will continue to plummet tonight in Shelton, with an expected low around 4-below-zero. Expect wind chills in the 15-below to 25-below range.

The entire week ahead will be cold, with chances for snow on two days.

Here are the expected highs and lows for Shelton in the coming days, according to the NWS:

MONDAY:  A high near 15 degrees, and a nighttime low around 4 degrees.

TUESDAY:  The high will be near 17 degrees, with snow possible, and an overnight low of 8 degrees.

WEDNESDAY:  The high will jump to 26, with snow possible again, and a nighttime low of 3 degrees.

THURSDAY:  The high will be about 15 and the low, 3-below-zero.

FRIDAY:  A high of 15 degrees and a low near 0 degrees.
