Microphase Corp., a radio frequency and microwave filter manufacturer, has leased space in a building on Trap Falls Road in Shelton.
The company has signed a long-term lease for 15,000 square feet at 100 Trap Falls Road, owned by Cambridge Hanover, and should begin occupancy in March. Microphase is now located in Norwalk.
The firm of Avison Young represented the building owner, and Pyramid Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
Cambridge Hanover purchased 100 Trap Falls Road in July 2013, and has completed capital improvements to convert the building from a single-tenant industrial property to a modern, multi-tenant flex building.
Other tenants of 100 Trap Falls Road include Walgreens subsidiary Option Care Enterprises and Comet Technologies USA Inc.
