Wesley Heights plans opens house on new offering

Wesley Village will host an open house Sunday, March 8 from 1-3 p.m. to introduce Lifestyle Transitions, a new memory care area located in the Wesley Heights community.

Lifestyle Transitions will offer assisted living in a secure, supportive environment for those living with memory loss.

Residents will engage in activities within the larger Wesley Heights, and develop daily routines for managing individualized physical, social and cognitive challenges.
