HOW MUCH? Two Shelton office buildings to be sold at auction

Shelton-Auction.comLogoThe four-story structures contain 151,700 square feet of space and are 44% occupied, according to a listing at www.auction.com.

They were built in the late 1980s and are located on an 8.9-acre campus at Armstrong Road and Bridgeport Avenue.

Other buildings in the Armstrong Corporate Park complex are not part of the auction.

“Market area highlights include positive population growth trends, high incomes, a well-educated workforce and low unemployment,” according to publicity material, which also notes the Fairfield County location’s proximity to New Haven and New York City.

Bids will start at $2 million for the two Class A office buildings. The auction will take place May 19 to 21. More information is available by clicking below:
