The AMA award is given to clubs for their contributions to aero-modeling and the community. The Shelton-based White Hills Eagles Club is marking its 10th anniversary, and is involved with community service projects with scout troops and other organizations.

The White Hills Eagles Radio Control Club of Shelton celebrated its 10th anniversary with a cake.

The club maintains a flying field for its remote control aircraft in the White Hills neighborhood and meets regularly at the Shelton Community Center.
