Last season, the team finished with a 9-7 record and this year the team have set the goal to improve on last season’s record and qualify for postseason play.
The team is led by seniors Kristen Ferris, Ashley Varrone and Vic Dortenzio.
Ferris/Dortenzio play at No. 1 doubles and stand at 6-1 for wins/losses and the No. 1 singles position is held by co-captain Varrone with a 7-3 record.
All three seniors have been four-year varsity starters and they bring great match experience and team leadership.
