Shelton Police Log: Probation, criminal mischief, forgery, larceny

Shelton police made the following arrests:

Implied consent

Lauren Lee Mazurok, 55, of 68 Shinnacock Trail, Shelton, was charged with implied consent to test refusal, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to drive right on Aug. 16. Bond was $1,000.

Criminal mischief

Michael Vincent Pappano, 23, of 53 Audubon Lane, Shelton, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief on Aug. 15.

Probation

Marisol Garcia, 38, of 1217 Tarbaro Street, Rocky Mount, N.C., was charged with two counts of violation of probation, first-degree failure to appear on Aug. 14. Bond was $125,000.

Forgery

Thomas Edward Cox, 31, of 75 Main Street, Hartford, was charged with criminal attempt/third-degree larceny and first-degree forgery on Aug. 13. Bond was $6,250.

Luis Alves, 28, of 70 Village Drive, Shelton, was charged with violation of probation on Aug. 12. Bond was $5,000.

Larceny

Mark Goff, 40, of 134 Hawthorn Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny on Aug. 12. Bond was $500.

Credit card

Exzuannette Rosado, 36, of 49 Pleasant Street, Ansonia, was charged with credit card theft, three counts of illegal use of a credit card, third-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny on Aug. 11. Bond was $2,5000.
