Shelton Police Log: Threatening, forgery, assault, protective order

The Shelton Police Department made the following arrests:

Threatening

Shelton-PoliceLogo-300LKevin W. Smith, 54, of 265 Riverview Avenue, Shelton, was charged with second-degree threatening, bicycle improper passing and second-degree breach of peace on Aug. 29. Bond was $1,500.

Forgery

Bernard A. Harris, 31, of 695 Bishop Street, Bridgeport, was charged with third-degree larceny and second-degree forgery on Aug. 27. Bond was $2,300.

Assault

Alexia Negron, 26, of 3 Hemlock Drive, Shelton, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace on Aug. 26. Bond was $500.

Protective order

Donald J. Longyear, 44, of 15 Long Hill Avenue, Shelton, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear on Aug. 26. Bond was $200,000.

Breach of peace

Andrew Henry Gonzalez, 44, of 227 Howe Avenue, Shelton, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening on Aug. 25. Bond was $1,000.

Crystal Rose Andrews, 50, of  227 Howe Avenue, Shelton, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on Aug. 25. Bond was $500.

Probation

Ricardo Angel Luna, 20, whose address was listed as homeless, was charged with violation of probation on Aug. 25. Bond was $15,000.

Prescription

Deborah A. Giaquinto, 42, of 71 Clay Street, New Haven, was charged with illegal obtaining/supplying of prescription drug and second-degree forgery on Aug. 25. Bond was $500.
