The Twins-Judy and Joy talk with Kate Czaplinski on Coffee Break about their personal struggle with breast cancer. Judy is a cancer survivor and the two identical twins give their insight on the disease, from both a caregiver and patient perspective. The Twins are aiming to raise awareness among women everywhere.
While Judy was battling cancer, the two developed a healthier version of some of their favorite Italian dishes and have since been reaching out to help others live a healthy life.
The cookbook writers and culinary enthusiasts also bring a few snacks for Kate to try. They also tell us about a special upcoming appearance with Dr. Oz.
Watch below to hear about their recipes for wellness:
Judy and Joy, identical twins with a passion for food, cooking and anything to do with the kitchen. In their family, the kitchen is the heart and soul of the home. Growing up in an Italian household, their family time was centered around the dinner table. They say it became the best part of the day, when they all came together, to each share a story from the day’s events.
