Girls soccer: Shelton holds off Watertown

The Shelton High girls soccer team earned a 6-5 victory over Watertown.

Sarah Skoronski scored three goals for the Gaelettes, Kaleigh Panek netted two markers and Kathryn Arena had a single goal.

Arena, Panek and Willey dished out assists.

Shelton had 21 shots on goal, while Watertown had 11.

Courtney Littls made three saves in goal, while Shelby Offord had three.

Shelton improved to 8-2-3, while Watertown fell to 6-6-1.
