The Shelton Police Department arrested and charged a man with possession of and intent to sell narcotics in the Huntington area on Wednesday, April 20.
Michael Neudeck,27, of Shelton was arrested at his Huntington home on three arrest warrants charging him with three counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell and one charge of possession of narcotics.
He was released on an $80,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Derby Superior Court date on May 4.
His arrest stems from a month long joint investigation between the New Haven DEA Tactical Diversion Squad and Shelton Detectives on the illegal sale of heroin in Shelton, according to a prepared statement from Detective Bango of the Shelton Police.
Following the completion of the investigation, Neudeck was selling heroin in the Huntington Shelton area, according to police. The exact location and details of Neudeck’s arrest have not been released, but follow the Herald for updates on this story.
