Fairchild Nichols branch program

Aging Gracefully series for seniors — Led by Jo Anne Harrison-Becker, founder and CEO of Therapeutic Recreation Services. Thursday, June 16, 2-3 p.m.

The Fairchild branch is excited to offer Aging Gracefully as a three-part series this summer, with educational, informational and motivational topics on physical and emotional health, nutrition, fitness, memory, mindfulness, the environment, and inspiration/encouragement. Wednesday, July 20 and Monday, Aug. 8.
