Obituary: Leo R. Krusinski, 87, of Shelton, formerly of Bridgeport

Leo R. Krusinski, 87, of Shelton, formerly of Bridgeport, detective for the City of Bridgeport Police Department, husband of the late Mabel Dean Krusinski, died June 9, at St. Mary Hospital in Waterbury.

Born in Hazelton, Pa. on April 27, 1929, son of the late Thomas and Helen Martinick Krusinski; U.S. Army veteran, Korean War.

Survived by daughter, Sandra L. Falanga, daughter-in-law, Dianne Krusinski, both of Shelton, four grandchildren, Scott and Joseph Krusinski and Tyler and Taylor Falanga, a sister, Irene Symansky and her husband, Frank of Lake George, N.Y. and a brother, Richard Krusinski and his wife, Dorothy of Bridgeport and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services: Tuesday, June 14, 11 a.m., Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
