On June 20 at 9:13 am the Huntington Co. #3 and the White Hills Co. #5 responded to an odor of gas in the area of independence Drive. No odor was found by firefighters. One engine responded.

 

On June 20 at 9:15 am the Huntington Co. #3 and the Echo Hose Co. #1 responded to a motor vehicle accident at the Woodside Plaza #731 Bridgeport Avenue. A vehicle had struck a building in the plaza. One engine and one rescue truck responded.

 

On June 21 at 4:25 am the Echo Hose H & L Co. #1 and the Pine Rock Co. #4 responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at #425 Bridgeport Avenue. There was no fire. One engine responded.

 

On June 21 at 12:10 pm the Echo Hose Co. #1 responded to a report of wires down in the road on Meadow Street in the area of Soundview Avenue. One engine responded.

 

On June 21 at 5:18 pm the Echo Hose H & L Co. #1 responded to a small fire in mulch at the Avalon Shelton Complex at #185 Canal Street. One engine responded.

 

On June 22 at 8:08 am the Echo Hose Co. #1 responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Coram Avenue and Hill Street. One rescue truck responded.

 

On June 22 at 7:39 pm the Huntington Co. #3 responded to #27 Lazybrook Road for a smoke detector sounding. There was no fire. a faulty detector caused the alarm. One engine responded.

 

On June 23 at 3:49 pm the Echo Hose H & L Co. #1 and the White Hills Co. #5 responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding from the Sinsabaugh Heights Housing Complex at #187 Meadow Street. There was no fire. Smoke from cooking caused the alarm. Two engines responded.

 

On June 23 at 4:42 pm the Echo Hose Co. #1 responded to #515 Bridgeport Avenue for a public service call. No other information was reported. One rescue truck responded.

 

On June 23 at 7:08 pm the Echo Hose Co. #1 responded to a report of overhead power lines down on Long Hill Avenue near Platt Road. One engine responded.

 

On June 23 at 9:02 pm the Huntington Co. #3, Echo Hose Co. #1 and the Pine Rock Co. #4 responded to #2 Corporate Drive for an automatic fire alarm sounding. There was no fire. The alarm was caused by a malfunction in the alarm system. Two engines, one rescue truck and one ladder truck responded.

 

On June 24 at 1:02 pm the Huntington Co. #3 responded to #520 Trading Post Lane for a small leak in a propane tank. One engine responded.

 

On June 25 at 2:01 am the Echo Hose Co. #1 and the Pine Rock Co. #4 responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at the Hewitt Hospital #45 Maltby Street. There was no fire. One engine and one ladder truck responded.

 

On June 25 at 11:11 am the White Hills Co. #5 and the Huntington Co. #3 responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at the Elizabeth Shelton School #138 Willoughby Road. There was no fire. Two engines responded.

 

On June 25 at 1:22 pm the Echo Hose Co. #1 responded to the #232 Sunwood Drive in the Sunwood Condo’s for a small brush fire. One engine responded.

 

On June 25 at 7:36 pm the Echo Hose Co. #1 and the Huntington Co. #3 responded to a brush fire on route 8 southbound near exit 13. Two engines responded.

 

On June 26 at 6:55 pm the Huntington Co. #3 and the White Hills Co. #5 responded to the rear of #7 Whipporwill Lane for a fire in a pile of mulch. Two engines responded.
