Weston — Fourth of July celebration at Weston Middle School.

11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m: open swim for Weston residents and guests at Bisceglie Pond

4:30 p.m. ticket gates open on School Road ($20 per car for parking includes admission and admission or $5 for walk-in, free admission for children age 4 and older).

5 to 9: Barbecue (food and drinks available for purchase)

6 to 7: Westport Community Band

6:15 to 7:15: The Magic Genie performs

7:15 to 9:20: Cash is King (Johnny Cash tribute band)

9:20: Fireworks display supported by Fairfield County Bank.  Estimated to last about 40 minutes.

Rain date for fireworks: Tuesday, July 5.

Wilton — Fireworks, 9:30 p.m., Wilton High School football field. Rain date: July 5. Festivities kick off at 8:30 a.m. with 5K Freedom Run Road Race at Wilton High School’s Fujitani Field.

Ridgefield — Picnicking and fireworks at Ridgefield High School grounds, 700 North Salem Road. $20 a car, cash. Gates open at 6, DJs and food vendors, bring picnics — no grills, no alcohol. Fireworks about 9:15.
