Obituary: Robert Attilio Mancini, 79, of Shelton

Robert Attilio Mancini, 79, of Shelton, designed ball bearings for aircrafts for more than 20 years with F.A.G. Bearings Corporation in Stamford and Danbury, husband of Ernestine (Confaloni) Mancini, died May 31, at St. VIncent’s Medical Center.  

Also survived by sons, Robert Mancini and his wife Jane, Thomas Mancini and his wife, Ann and grandchildren Sean, Jamie, Robby and Becky, and many friends.

Born in Bridgeport, on Nov. 12, 1936, son of the late Attilio and Quinta (Montessi) Mancini; U.S. Marine Corp.

Burial: Mountain Grove Cemetery.
