Michael Leone was recognized by the Housatonic Council for achieving Eagle Scout rank. The requirements for earning Eagle Scout rank are rigorous and require many years of effort and leadership. Nationally, fewer than 4 percent of all Scouts achieve Scouting’s highest honor.
