Earlier this week the Herald had the chance to sit down and talk with Shelton Interim Police Chief Sequeira to discuss his take on the Black Lives Matter movement, the responsibility of police, how his department is responding to the recent shooting of Alton Sterling, Philando Castile (I mistakenly referred to Philando as Fernando during the interview at 11:10) and the five Dallas police officers, and a variety of other topics.
