A Shelton woman faces charges related to her alleged involvement in a fatal car crash that took place on River Road earlier this year.
On Thursday Aug. 11, Samantha Monaco, 23, surrendered to police and was charged with second-degree manslaughter with a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, using a cell phone while driving, and failure to drive right.
