Shelton Police make 2nd arrest in home invasion


Shelton Police have made their 2nd arrest in the investigation of a home invasion reported on Jan. 8, 2016.

Oscar Rosado, 32 of Bridgeport was arrested on Aug. 10 at approximately 11 p.m for his involvement in the home invasion.

According to a statement from Detective Chris Nugent of the Shelton Police, Rosado was taken into custody by Bridgeport Police Department and turned over to the Shelton Police where he was processed and charged with home Invasion, conspiracy to commit home invasion, robbery 1st degree, conspiracy to commit robbery 1st degree, unlawful restraint 2nd degree, and conspiracy to commit unlawful restraint 2nd degree.

Delgado was placed on a $250,000 bond and transported to Derby Superior Court on Aug. 11. Delgado was also processed on outstanding failure to appear warrants for unrelated charges.
